At Balerion, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping worldwide.


This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Times

1.1 Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

1.2 Peak Periods:
During collection releases, sales, or holiday periods, processing time may be extended due to high order volume.


1.3 Order Verification:
Orders flagged for review (e.g., payment or address verification) may require additional time.

You will be notified if verification is needed.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates (after processing):

Domestic Shipping (if applicable in your region)

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

• Standard International: 5–14 business days
• Express International: 3–7 business days

 

Note: These are estimates provided by shipping carriers.
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other delays outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• destination,
• weight and size of the order, and
• chosen shipping method.

 

Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1 All orders include a tracking number once dispatched.
4.2 Tracking details will be sent to your email.
4.3 It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

5.1 Some shipments may require a signature. If no one is available, the courier may leave:
• a notification card, or
• instructions for re-delivery or local pickup.

5.2 If you fail to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the courier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.

5.3 If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or delivery was refused:
• we may refund the order minus original shipping costs, and
• minus any return fees charged by the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

6.1 International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

6.2 Balerion is not responsible for:
• customs delays,
• charges assessed by your local government, or
• packages held by customs.

6.3 If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, applicable return charges will be deducted from your refund.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


7.2 Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded until returned to us.


7.3 If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Balerion is not responsible for replacement or refund.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

8.1 Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, Balerion is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your package is missing, we recommend:
• checking the tracking details carefully,
• checking with neighbours, household members, or building management,
• contacting the courier directly.

8.2 If your order arrives damaged:
• contact us within 48 hours of delivery at balerionclothing@gmail.com,
• include photos of the damaged packaging and item.

 

We will assist you based on the carrier’s claims process.

9. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

9.1 Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated date shown on the product page.


9.2 If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately or together depending on availability.


9.3 Estimated dates may change; customers will be notified of significant updates.

10. Delivery Restrictions

Some regions may be excluded from shipping due to:
• courier limitations,
• customs restrictions, or
• high-risk addresses.

 

If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
