Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Balerion. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and this Refund & Exchange Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date.
1.2 To be eligible, items must be:
• unworn, unused, and unwashed
• free of stains, odors, or damage
• in original packaging (if applicable)
• with all original tags attached
1.3 Items that cannot be returned include:
• sale or clearance items
• “final sale” items
• limited edition or drop-based items
• underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or intimate apparel
• gift cards
• customized or personalized items
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return.
2.2 After your request is approved, you will receive:
• return instructions, and
• the correct return address.
2.3 Items must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving return instructions.
2.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
3.1 We offer exchanges for:
• size issues
• color changes (if available)
• defective items
3.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3.3 If the item requested for exchange is not available, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
4.2 Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
4.3 If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
• your order number
5.2 We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in cases involving:
• items returned worn, washed, stained, or damaged
• items returned after the 14-day window
• items not following our return instructions
• items lost during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
• packages returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
7.2 If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
8.1 If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
• checking with neighbours, household members, or building management
• verifying the shipping address
• contacting the courier directly
8.2 Balerion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
9. Return Shipping Costs
9.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
• the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
• we explicitly provide a prepaid return label.
9.2 Original shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.
10. International Orders
10.1 International customers are responsible for:
• return shipping costs
• customs fees
• duties
• import taxes
10.2 We do not refund customs charges under any circumstance.
